TO MY F-LIST

I hope this 2011 will be one of the most special in your life. That you are surrounded by love and have good health to you and yours.



For my friends who over-indulged, or someone you love did...remember giving a drunk coffee just gives you a wide-awake drunk. Tylenol or aspirin every 4 hours and water, lots of water and sleep.

Don't forget your black-eyed peas for luck, greens for money, and apples for health or so the old wives' tale goes. Better to be safe than sorry.
