I have worked in a similar, (but not as dire field) and I admire your strength, your grasp of it,especially the stupid politics We have nurses striking here, because idot bosses, probably like this one, require them to have higher patient ratios, more patients per nurse at night, more in dementia wards. So wrong!(I was only an assistant but I had 14 to care for in a locked dementia ward at night) I retired a year or two ago.
I love the way you can articulate and cut through the crap. Power to you and all nurses who deal with life instead of analyze it.
