Its easy to be fearless when you don't care if they fire you. When you know they know the experience they'll lose. There are too many other jobs out there for a good trauma nurse, hell, for any nurse.
If my family depended on my paycheck and jobs were scarce in my field I'd not be so brazen, I admit it.
