I thought about nursing, actually. I thought about it a lot. While I have the stomach for it, I do not have the hands - I have a bunch of weird minor motor-skill issues that were once called "possible very mild cerebral palsy" but never followed up on. I'd be continually terrified of something going wrong between the brain and the hands.
